LJP Enterprises Inc. is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (“LDA”), with offices in historic Old Town Temecula, California.  In addition to services as a foreclosure trustee sales officer, LJP Enterprises, Inc., as an LDA, serves the public by offering client-directed services, including, but not limited to, formation and dissolution of corporations, LLC's, and nonprofits, 501(c)(3) applications, deeds, trusts and wills, Advance Health Care Directives, trademark applications, promissory notes, powers of attorney, leases, small claims filings, collection of debt, judgment enforcement, mobile notary services, and other self-help services and forms. 

LJP Enterprises Inc. specializes in foreclosures, including land involving mobile homes, various liens and remedies for contractors, and completion of hard to complete forms, such as Medical/Medicare Provider Applications.  

No member of LJP Enterprises Inc. is an attorney, and in its capacity as an LDA, it can only offer services at your specific direction. LJP Enterprises Inc. will refer you to an attorney if the services you need involve legal advice, or a form that is not one that can be completed at your specific direction. LJP Enterprises Inc. can provide you with various materials which have been approved by an attorney to assist you in determining the completion of your document, however, LJP Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to determine that it cannot provide you with self-help services, and, in that case, it will refer you to an attorney.

LJP Enterprises Inc. is a member of California Association of Legal Document Assistants, a Certified Foreclosure Trustee Specialist and member of the United Trustees Association, and a Certified Notary Signing Agent with the National Notary Association.
