LJP Enterprises Inc. is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (“LDA”), Certified Foreclosure Trustee Sale Officer, Notary loan signing agent, and Debt Collector with offices in historic Old Town Temecula, California.  In the capacity of an LDA, LJP Enterprises, Inc. offers self-help legal services at the specific direction of the client, including, but not limited to, formation and dissolution of corporations, LLC's, nonprofits, 501(c)(3) applications, deeds, trusts and wills, Advance Health Care Directives, QDRO's, probates, trademark applications, conservatorships, evictions, trust administration, promissory notes, powers of attorney, leases, small claims filings, judicial counsel form complaints and answers, judgment enforcement, mobile notary services, and other self-help services and forms. 

LJP Enterprises Inc. specializes in foreclosures, including land involving mobile homes, various liens and remedies for contractors, and completion of hard to complete forms, such as Medical/Medicare Provider Applications.  

LJP Enterprises Inc. is not a law firm, and it cannot give legal advice, offer legal strategies, or suggest certain legal forms.  If you are better served, or require the services of an attorney, LJP Enterprises Inc. will not assist you.   However, LJP Enterprises Inc. can provide you with various materials and sources of information which have been written or approved by an attorney to assist you in the completion of legal forms, or to help you direct LJP Enterprises, Inc. to complete such forms at your direction.
